Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation which also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what enables us to be alive. If your life force energy is low then you are more likely to be sick or get stressed; if it is high then you will feel balanced and healthy. A Reiki treatment feels very calming which treats the whole person including body, mind, emotion and spirit.
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the Chinese principle that certain areas on the soles of your feet or hands - known as reflex zones - containing millions of nerve endings, correspond to other parts of the body. By stimulating these specific areas of your feet, it can stimulate blood flow and eliminate toxin build up in the corresponding areas of the body. It also stimulates the lymphatic system and encourages the release of endorphins, the natural feel good hormones that are helpful in relieving the effects of stress.
Crystal Therapy
This treatment involves lying on a couch fully clothed. Crystals are placed on and around you to clear energetic blockages and cleanse the energy of the chakras, meridians and aura thus allowing the energy to flow around you. The aim of the therapy is to restore the wholeness, balance and healthy of our emotions, mind, spirit and body. It works to help activate, support and often accelerate our natural healing processes.
Divine Plan Healing
This is a new healing system which falls out of the current healing paradigm. In Reiki, the energies are channelled through me to the client. In the Divine Plan Healing, I am the witness and I connect the Higher Self of the receiver with the universal consciousness. The client then sits in this amazing energy to deal with the issue that they have asked for help with. At the end of the session they take home a bottle of Divine Love essence which lasts for four weeks. As long as the essence is taken the healing will continue and then for a further two weeks after the essence has finished. That in total is six weeks of healing!
